How do quotas, approvals and billing work for schools?

Admins put students and staff into workgroups and choose which printers each group can use. You can require approval before a job prints, cap printing hours or material, and give each user a balance. Prints can be charged per gram, per job or as a flat fee, with payments through PaperCut, Stripe or CBORD, and failed prints are refunded automatically.
